- The same syllabus for everyone, mapped on each course page to GM1 145.A.30(e), Annex II or Part-66 Appendix I, so the MOE check is done once.
UK organisations: the SMS deadline has passed
SI 2023/588 brought the management system requirement into UK Part-145 on 1 July 2024 and the CAA set 1 July 2026 for implementation. Safety training including human factors is the training that supports it, and the surveyor's on-site verification will look for the records. OurUK Part-145 SMS guide sets out what changed.

How it works
- Send the list. Organisation, number of learners, which courses, and whether you need an invoice or a purchase order.
- Approve the quote. We invoice; you pay by bank transfer.
- We enrol, they learn. Each learner receives a login, completes the course at their own pace and downloads a certificate. We send the completion summary when you ask for it.

Frequently asked questions
How does a team order work?
Email or WhatsApp us with the number of learners and the courses. We reply with a quote and, once agreed, an invoice or a response to your purchase order. When payment clears we enrol each named learner and send them their login. Each learner then completes the course in their own time and downloads their own certificate.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Team orders are invoiced by AEROVISER OÜ, the company behind MOST.AERO. Individual seats can also be bought directly on the MOST.AERO store with a card.
Do we get one certificate or one per learner?
One per learner, in the learner’s name, stating the course, the completion date and the issuer. That is what your personnel records under 145.A.55(d) need. On request we also send a completion summary listing each learner and their completion date.
Can learners in different countries be on the same order?
Yes. The courses are online and in English, and the rule they serve, 145.A.30(e), is the same across EASA member states and, since SI 2023/588, in the UK.
How do we spread continuation training across the year?
Buy seats as people fall due. Our due-date tool calculates each person’s 24-month point from their last training date. Many organisations order quarterly against a list from their training records.
Can the content be adapted to our organisation?
The courses follow the regulatory syllabus and are not customised per customer. AMC4 145.A.30(e) expects the organisation-specific part of continuation training, your own audit findings and occurrences, to be delivered by your safety manager. Our course covers the syllabus; your short in-house session covers your data. Both go in the record.
